ADHD Empowerment:
A Holistic Support Group
ADHD Empowerment is a weekly virtual support group for adults who identify as ADHD'ers and are seeking holistic support to navigate the unique challenges and strengths of their neurotype, facilitated by Cole Hooley, MSEd (she/they).
Combining somatic practices, mindfulness, and actionable strategies, this group offers a safe and affirming space to address common ADHD-related experiences, including:
- Difficulty with executive functioning (planning, organizing, prioritizing tasks).
- Challenges with time management and meeting deadlines.
- Struggles with personal relationships and emotional regulation.
- Managing follow-through on goals and commitments.
- Coping with impulsivity, hyperfocus, or procrastination.
- Feeling overwhelmed by decision fatigue and sensory overload.
- Intense emotional reactions tied to Rejection Sensitivity, including fear of rejection, shame, or difficulty handling criticism.
- Navigating the intersection of ADHD with identity and self-worth.
Mindfulness Practice: Each session begins with a grounding somatic or mindfulness exercise, helping participants center and build focus.
Group Discussion: Engage in guided conversations about shared experiences, fostering connection, understanding, and peer support.
Habit Change Practice: Learn and implement practical, evidence-based strategies tailored for ADHD, focusing on one manageable habit change each week as homework to build positive momentum.
Join us to develop practical tools, embrace your strengths, and connect with others who truly understand.
Fee: $35 per session
